Ross Dwelley
Tight End Ross Dwelley comes back and fans should welcome him with open arms as he has been an absolutely crucial piece to the Kyle Shanahan puzzle over the past few seasons.
Whether filling in for an injured George Kittle or playing full back when Kyle Juszczyk went down for multiple weeks, Ross has answered the call every single time.
With impending FA Kyle Juszczyk return uncertain at this point, the 49ers could potentially play Dwelley exclusively at full back if Juice finds more money on the open market.
Mark Nzeocha

The #49ers have declined the 2021 contract option for LB Mark Nzeocha. pic.twitter.com/lVAVhEMc1v
The 49ers also declined the contract option of special teams ace/LB Mark Nzeocha.
Mark has been a key special teamer for the 49ers for the last few years. The team decides to go in a different direction that will net them some additional money to spend on free agents.
Nzeocha was scheduled to make $1.45 million in base salary with additional $150,000 available in bonuses. That contract is now wiped off the #49ers ledger.
