This conversation can be interpreted many ways but what I take away from this and what appears to be a common theme from players - the front office doesn't appear to 'come correct' when presenting important players with initial contracts.
This is important because in a league rooted in alpha rules and ideologies from a players perspective - if you don't 'come correct' , it is perceived as disrespect by the player - yet another trend.
I come from the business world and understand that it's just as cutthroat upstairs as it is in-between the lines. The front office is operating off a completely different set of rules where 'coming correct' is a bad business model.
There is happy middle ground and I think the 49ers front office may be struggling to properly assess what they are doing to their own players.

This definitely isn't the first time I have heard this regarding players relationship with the front office, nor is this the first time a player has publicly spoken directly at the front office with this tone.
And with big time free agents needing to secure the bag, you really have to wonder if the 49ers will be there to give it to them and/or attempt to not disrespect them in the process.
Tracking the trends will tell you , they will more than likely pass on giving certain guys a lucrative contract.
Don't be shocked if Trent Williams and Jason Verrett aren't on this team next year and it has nothing to do with them wanting them to be here or me wanting them to be here.
With free agency coming up in March, you have to follow these trends in order to try and properly predict all possible outcomes.
